FIRST IMPRESSION MATTERS: RESUME BUILDER
Have you ever questioned why you aren't receiving calls despite having an impressive resume that highlights all the necessary skills and experiences? Is your resume actually reaching the employer, or is it getting lost in spam? Do they even take the time to read it? After our 1 hour session, you'll be equipped with valuable tips, tricks, and the keywords that will capture employers' attention. We will also craft a professional resume and cover letter.
SKILLS ENHANCEMENT SESSIONS:
INDIVIDUALIZED BLUEPRINT AND PROFESSIONAL BRANDING
We will work with you in developing a targeted job search strategy and action plan as well as explore techniques to build your professional brand and tap into the hidden and unadvertised job market. You will also get a review and edit of your LinkedIn profile.
INTERVIEW PREPARATION
You will be adequately prepared to participate in interviews, whether conducted in person or over the phone, and will receive valuable feedback for personal development. Furthermore, you will receive a comprehensive 15-page behavioural interview toolkit that we have developed, which includes questions suitable for interview preparation at any career stage, from individual contributor to strategic leadership roles.
JOB OFFER ASSESSMENT, SALARY NEGOTIATION, AND EMPLOYMENT CATEGORIES
Following this session, you will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively assess a Canadian job offer and negotiate salary benefits. Additionally, we will delve into contract employment, exploring various contract types and self-employment opportunities.
SETTLEMENT ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT - TORONTO AND CALGARY
This is an add-on partner service that is beneficial to individuals who lack contact or support in Canada or those who are immigrating with their families. You will have a designated point of contact in Canada who will guide you through the settlement process, including airport pickup, assistance with obtaining the Social Insurance Card, Health Card, Driver’s License, finding temporary housing, schools, banking, credit cards, and all necessary essentials to enable you to commence your new life as soon as you arrive.
PREMIUM PACKAGE
Career Coaching, Settlement Assistance and Mentorship
In addition to our comprehensive Pre Arrival, Skill Enhancement and Settlement assistance, you will also receive three months of mentorship. This mentorship includes one hour of weekly consultation to review your weekly activities, research assistance, and any last-minute interview preparation job offer review and evaluation.
